Introducing the Meatza – the perfect grain-free alternative to pizza which is ideal for those on a low-fat, low-carb, gluten-free or Paleo diet.

The Meatza works well with any kind of lean mince:  beef and turkey both work well.  Just don’t use a high-fat mince as you will end up with too much liquid and a greasy base.
