You know the feeling – it’s 1 o’clock, your tummy is rumbling, yet you still have a stack of work to do.
You have a choice – make the 20 minute round-trip to the cafe where you can get a healthy salad or a warming bowl of soup, or head downstairs to the nearest corner shop.
Because you are so busy today, the corner shop wins.
While munching on your tasteless sandwich and greasy crisps, you watch with envy as your colleague who sits across from you tucks into healthy home-cooked meal she has brought in from home.
For a minute you dream about swapping places with her – you’d be super-organised, healthy, someone who has their act together.
But then you remind yourself that you have a life!
You have far better things to do than spend hours in the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon (and several more hours cleaning it all up afterwards ).
What you do know is being disorganised about what you eat for lunch isn’t working for you anymore. The time has come to improve your diet and lose some weight.
But you just don’t know where to start!
What if I told you that you don’t need to spend hours in the kitchen preparing your lunches?
What if you could join a community of like-minded people, people who all want to be a little more organised about what they eat for lunch, who could support you and have your back?
What if you don’t know where to start when it comes to preparing recipes?
Let’s do it together!
